Terms of Use
LAST UPDATED 18 OCTOBER 2026
- You need to be 13 or over. If you're under 18, make sure a parent, carer or teacher knows you use Redprint.
- Your plans and notes are yours. We store them to run the service, and we send the text you ask the AI about to our AI provider so it can answer.
- The AI can be wrong. Check dates and facts against your teacher and the official exam specification, and don't rely on Redprint alone.
- Grade estimates are only rough guides. They are not from an exam board and don't predict your results.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
The full terms are below.
1. Who we are
Redprint (the "Service") is run by Graphics & Graphite Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15448210), with its registered office at 33 Marriott Road, London, N10 1JJ. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Graphics & Graphite Ltd. You can contact us at support@redprintapp.com.
By creating an account or using Redprint you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your information.
2. Who can use Redprint
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we find out someone is under 13, we will close their account.
- If you are under 18, we recommend that a parent, carer or teacher knows that you use Redprint and is happy for you to.
- Your account is for you. Keep your password private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Give us a real email address that you can read. We use it to confirm your account and to help you recover it.
3. What Redprint does
Redprint lets you draw plans as steps and sub-steps on a canvas, add notes, links and files, track your progress, and set due dates. For study plans it also provides topic tracking, practice quizzes, spaced review and tracking of exam marks and target grades. It can send you email reminders if you choose to turn them on. We may add, change or remove features over time.
4. AI features
- Redprint uses an artificial intelligence (AI) service to draft plans and write quizzes from what you type or paste in.
- AI output can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. It may get facts, dates or exam details wrong, and quiz answers may contain mistakes. Always check against your teacher, your course materials and the official specification from your exam board.
- Grade estimates and grade boundaries in Redprint are approximate. They are not published by any exam board and are not a prediction of your results. Real boundaries change from year to year and between papers.
- Redprint is a study aid. It is not a replacement for teaching, and we cannot promise any particular grade or result.
- To keep the service affordable, each account has a monthly allowance of AI generations (shown at the top of the page; currently 20 a month). We may change the allowance.
- Text you send for AI generation is processed by our AI provider. See the Privacy Policy for details, and please don't include personal details about other people, or sensitive information about yourself, in your plan text.
5. Your content
- "Your content" means everything you put into Redprint: plan and step titles, notes, links, files, quiz answers, marks and so on.
- Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store it, back it up, display it back to you, and process it (including sending the relevant text to our AI provider) only so that we can run the Service for you.
- You are responsible for what you upload. Only add things you are allowed to use, and don't upload anything unlawful, harmful or that includes other people's personal information without their permission. Files can be up to 10 MB.
- Your plans are private to your account. Redprint does not publish or share them with other users.
6. Using Redprint properly
Please don't:
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how the Service works;
- use bots or scripts to overload the Service, to get around the AI allowance or other limits, or to copy it in bulk;
- upload viruses or harmful files, or use Redprint to bully, harass or harm anyone;
- share your account with other people or use someone else's.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will usually tell you why.
7. Cost and changes
Redprint is currently free to use. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you clearly beforehand, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
8. Emails
We send emails that the Service needs, such as confirming your address and resetting your password. Daily reminder emails are optional: they are off until you turn them on in Settings, and you can turn them off again at any time.
9. Availability and backups
We work to keep Redprint running and we take regular backups, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that nothing will ever be lost. Please keep your own copy of anything important, and don't rely on reminders as your only way of meeting a deadline.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we cannot lawfully limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the Service "as it is", and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for indirect losses, or for exam results, grades, missed deadlines or other outcomes that follow from relying on information or reminders in Redprint.
11. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your content is then removed from the live service straight away and from our backups within about 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop providing the Service, and we will give reasonable notice unless there is a serious reason not to.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. If a change matters to you, we will tell you (by email or in Redprint) before it applies. If you keep using Redprint after that, you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
13. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. This does not take away any rights you have under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
